Manajemen Fatigue pada Pasien Penyakit Ginjal Kronik yang Menjalani Hemodialisis: Literature Review

Abstract


Fatigue merupakan salah satu gejala yang paling banyak dirasakan pasien hemodialisis. Fatigue dapat memperberat kondisi pasien, dan menurunkan kualitas hidup. Fatigue pada pasien hemodialisis harus dikurangi melalui berbagai intervensi. Tujuan studi literature  ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi intervensi komplementer yang terbukti dapat menurunkan fatigue pada pasien hemodialisis. Literatur review ini menggunakan metoda scoping review dengan mencari literatur dari beberapa databased seperti Ebsco Host, Scopus, Science Direct, Sage Journals, Springer, dan Pubmed. Selain itu, pencarian literatur juga dilakukan dalam mesin pencari yaitu Google Scholar dengan menggunakan beberapa kata kunci pencarian yaitu “hemodialysis” OR “haemodialysis” OR “dialysis” AND “Complementary Intervention” AND “fatigue management” OR “energy concervation” OR “energy management” OR “managing fatigue”. Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan dalam literature review ini yaitu artikel terbit antara 2014-2024 (10 tahun terakhir), menggunakan metoda Randomized Controlled Trials (RCT), berbahasa Inggris. Untuk artikel dengan hasil tidak terbukti dapat menurunkan fatigue dieksklusi dari  review ini. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian  didapatkan 13 artikel yang membuktikan bahwa terapi akupresure, terapi pijat dengan menggunakan minyak zaitun, terapi recreasional, dan beberapa latihan fisik dapat menurunkan fatigue.
