FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI SIKAP MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENERIMAAN VAKSINASI COVID-19 DI RS BHAYANGKARA BENGKULU

Abstract


Pro kontra mengenai penerimaan vaksin covid-19 pada masyarakat di kota Bengkulu sebagai salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi dalam rendahnya cakupan capaian vaksin covid-19. Oleh karena itu perlu dianalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap masyarakat terhadap penerimaan vaksinasi covid-19 di RS Bhayangkara Bengkulu. Tujuan : Untuk faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap masyarakat terhadap penerimaan vaksinasi covid-19 di RS Bhayangkara Bengkulu. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional,  dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey dan korelasi. Uji statistik dalam analisis bivariat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi-squere dan analisis univariat regresi logistik ganda model faktor risiko Hasil: uji statistik diperoleh nilai p value 0.0957 disimpulkan tidak terdapat hubungan umur dengan penerimaan vaksin covid-19.  Nilai p-value 0,427 tidak terdapat hubungan jenis kelamin dengan penerimaan covid-19. Nilai p-value 0,519 tidak terdapat hubungan status pekerjaan dengan penerimaan covid-19. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p-value 0,425 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pendidikan dengan penerimaan covid-19. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p-value 0,410 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan riwayat covid-19 dengan penerimaan covid-19. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p-value 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan penerimaan covid-19. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p-value 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan penerimaan covid-19. Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap penerimaan vaksin covid-19.

ABSTRACT

background: Pros and cons regarding the acceptance of the covid-19 vaccine in the community in the city of Bengkulu as one of the problems that occur in the low coverage of the covid-19 vaccine achievement. The purpose of this study to analyze the factors that influence people's attitudes towards receiving the covid-19 vaccination at Bhayangkara Hospital Bengkulu. Objective: For factors that influence people's attitudes towards receiving the covid-19 vaccination at Bhayangkara Hospital Bengkulu. Method: This type of research is quantitative, using a cross-sectional research design, using survey and correlation research methods. The statistical test in the bivariate analysis in this study used the chi-square test and the univariate analysis of multiple logistic regression risk factor models. Results: the statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.0957, it was concluded that there was no relationship between age and receipt of the covid-19 vaccine. The p-value of 0.427, there is no relationship between sex and acceptance of covid-19. The p-value of 0.519 has no relationship between work status and acceptance of covid-19. The results of the statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.425, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between education and COVID-19 acceptance. The results of the statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.410, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the history of covid-19 and the acceptance of covid-19. The results of the statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and acceptance of covid-19. The results of the statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and acceptance of covid-19. Conclusion. The results of the knowledge analysis have a dominant influence on the acceptance of the covid-19 vaccine.
