Efektivitas Terapi Bermain Terhadap Kecemasan Perioperatif pada Anak: Scoping Review

Abstract


Pendahuluan: Pembedahan dan rawat inap pada anak merupakan situasi stres yang menimbulkan kecemasan. Kecemasan dapat berdampak negatif terhadap perawatan perioperatif dan perilaku serta kemampuan pasien untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan Rumah Sakit. Terapi bermain merupakan  salah  satu cara mengurangi kecemasan. memiliki potensi untuk  mempersiapkan, dan/atau mengalihkan perhatian anak-anak, yang dapat mengakibatkan hasil kesehatan manfaat seperti pengurangan kecemasan perioperatif.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terapi bermain cocok mengurangi kecemasan pada anak ketika dalam keadaan perioperative.  Metode: Seleksi artikel menggunakan Prisma Flow Diagram dengan kata kunci yang digunakan effectiveness and play therapy or theurapetic play and perioperative anxiety and child. Digunakan 4 Artikel dari 265 artikel yang telah diseleksi dari 3 pangkalan data yaitu, Cochrane, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect. Hasil: Dari hasil artikel yang sudah kami temukan bahwasannya beberapa terapi atau tindakan bermain pada anak terbukti efektif untuk menurunkan kecemasan pada anak yang akan menjalani operasi. Kesimpulan: Terapi bermain dapat menjadi alternatif dalam mengurangi kecemasan pada anak sebelum operasi namun mempunyai kekurangan pada anak disabilitas dimana perlunya modifikasi dalam pelaksaan terapi bermain. Diperlukan penelitian lanjutan terkait metode terapi bermain pada anak dengan disabilitas.
